CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
ARKA is committed to give benefits to the community in its area by implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as enacted by the government law of The Republic of Indonesia No 40/2007.
The efforts and initiatives of Corporate Social Responsibility are articulated in designing and implementing various development and empowerment program for the community, employee, and environment, applying the following principles:

Thus, the communication will run smoothly, community expectation can be managed properly, and conflict potentials will be well anticipated and kept to minimum.

All community empowerment programs will be designed and implemented based on partnership principles, mutual respect, and advancing ethical values and humanity. ARKA will not take over the tasks of the government, but will try to be in line with the governmental plans, and will collaborate with other parties in CSR implementation.

All employees should support the community development in his/her working area and maintain harmonious relationship, acting as a communication bridge between the company and its stake holders.

PT ARKANANTA will actively support organizations and activities in improving the quality of life, environment and the community where the Company operates, with priority given to education, environment, health and safety. Training, workshops, and seminars will be encouraged that ARKA will become the leader in social responsibility implementation.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Community development and empowerment programs are designed and implemented in effective, efficient, and sustainable manners. Monitoring is conducted at every stage to ensure all programs are well organized and give maximum benefit to the employees, community, and environment.
